Consultation
~ “Walk & Talk” - $75/hour, 2-hour minimum
In this consultation, we walk through the house with the homeowner and
discuss in detail what needs to be done to prepare the house for sale.  We can
also rearrange furniture and accessories as time allows.

~ Written Report - $75/hour, 3-hour minimum
In this consultation, we walk through the house with the homeowner for about
45 minutes to an hour, take photos and prepare a complete written report of
what needs to be done to prepare the house for sale.  The homeowner is
given a 5-15 page report in checklist format, with priority items highlighted so
they know what is most important.  This report also includes photo examples
of how to add drama and pizazz to each room, and a list of stores where they
can purchase additional accessories if necessary.

Hands-On Staging
~ Occupied Homes – average staging fees range from $750 - $2,500
In a hands-on occupied staging, we bring in a team of ASP Stagers to
rearrange the furniture and accessories, and pack up unnecessary items so that
the house shows to its full potential.  Our goal is to accentuate the best
features of the house and create an emotional connection for the buyer.  
Generally, a hands-on staging takes about 4-8 hours with a team of 2-6 ASP
Stagers.

~ Vacant Homes – average staging fees range from $750 - $2,500.  
(Monthly furniture and accessory rental varies depending on the size
and price range of the house)
In a hands-on vacant staging, we bring in all the furniture and accessories
necessary to make a house feel warm and inviting.  Generally, we only stage
the main living areas, including the living room, dining room, kitchen, powder
room and master suite.  A team of ASP Stagers loads in and arranges the
furniture and accessories so that the house shows to its full potential.  
Generally, a vacant staging takes about 4-8 hours with a team of 2-6 ASP
Stagers.
