Services and Fees
If you consider that the average price reduction is usually several thousand dollars, and our consultation
fee starts at $250, you can see the tremendous value of Home Staging services.

~ “Walk & Talk” - $250 for up to 2 hours, $90/hr for each additional hour
In this consultation, we walk through the house with the homeowner and/or the agent and discuss in detail what needs
to be done to prepare the house for sale, including furniture placement, paint colors, finishes, fixtures, curb appeal, etc.
We can also rearrange furniture and accessories as time allows. The seller can then do some or all of the staging work,
or can hire our team to come back and complete the staging. We also provide a list of qualified professionals to assist
with items such as painting, carpet cleaning/replacement, handyman, house cleaners, etc.

~ Written Report - $325 includes up to 2 hours, $90/hr for each additional hour
In this consultation, we walk through the house for about 30 minutes, take photos and prepare a complete written report
of what needs to be done to stage the home.  The homeowner is given a multi-page report in checklist format, with priority
items highlighted so they know what is most important.  This report also includes photo examples of how to add drama and
pizazz to each room, and a list of stores where they can purchase additional accessories if necessary.

Hands-On Staging
~ Occupied Homes – average staging fees range from $1,200 - $2,500
In an occupied home staging, we bring in a team of ASP Home Stagers to rearrange the furniture and accessories, and pack
up unnecessary items so that the house shows to its full potential. Our goal is to accentuate the best features of the house
and create an emotional connection for the buyer.  Generally, a hands-on staging takes about 4-8 hours with a team of
ASP Home Stagers. Hourly rate is $225/hr for (3) stagers, $300/hr for (4) stagers, with a 3-hour minimum.

~ Vacant Homes – Full staging: staging plus rental fees average around $2,000 for 1 month
(Monthly furniture and accessory rental varies depending on the size and price range of the house)
For a vacant home staging, we bring in all the furniture and accessories necessary to make a house feel warm and inviting.  
Generally, we only stage the main living areas (living room, dining room, kitchen, and master suite.) Our team loads in and
arranges the furniture and accessories so that the house shows to its full potential. An average sized home takes about 2-4
hours to stage. We will preview the house to provide a detailed staging quote at no cost (within 25 miles of 30341).

~ Vacant or Occupied Homes – Accessory staging packages: staging plus rental fees start at $325
For vacant or occupied homes that need additional decorative items, such as artwork and kitchen and bathroom accessories,
we offer packages to help set the house apart from the competition. Prices vary depending on the size and price point of the house.
